If the color/finish differs from the image on ad. It’s ok, just doesn’t have the washed/wore finish like in the image that prompted a purchase. It’s just a standard solid black sweatshirt - a bit disappointing as really liked the look of the image on FB ads, not so much on what was received.

I must admit occasionally I am dubious of ordering from companies that pop up on my social media feed. But I took a chance. I ordered the Be Salty, Stay Lit sweatshirt. The quality of the product was a five star but if I could give the customer service representative, Adam an extra star I would! My shirt came in with a slight smudge from the screen printing. Nothing major but noticeable. I reached out via email as the company website stated and honestly didn’t anticipate a quick response. Adam responded within a few hours. I emailed a picture and by the time I followed up he had already sent a replacement. Great job and a legitimate company! Thanks
